This application is designed specifically for agents to facilitate FASTag services (activation, replacement, and recharge) in partnership with our banking partner and is not for end-customer use.

To operate as an authorised agent, we must collect specific professional and personal information to verify your identity and ensure compliance with regulatory standards:

• Agent Identity Information: Name, address, phone number, email address, PAN card details, and Aadhaar card details for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Business Information: Shop or establishment photographs, and location coordinates (GPS) of the Toll Plaza or point of sale.
• Financial Information: Bank account details for commissions and wallet loading history within the app.
• Device Information: Device ID, IP address, operating system, and app version to ensure security and prevent unauthorised access.
• Transaction Data: Records of all FASTag activations, recharges, and replacements performed through your account.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific business purposes:

• Service Provision: To create and manage your agent account, process wallet loads, and facilitate FASTag activations for customers.
• Verification & Compliance: To verify your identity as an authorised agent of AISECT Limited and comply with our banking partner and NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) regulations.
• Fraud Prevention: To monitor transaction patterns, prevent money laundering, and ensure the security of the FASTag ecosystem.
• Communication: To send you important updates regarding commissions, service changes, technical issues, or policy updates.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your information is shared only as necessary for business operations:

• Banking Partner: As our banking partner, the issuing bank receives data required to issue FASTags and process financial transactions.
• Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose information to government bodies or law enforcement if required by Indian law.
• Service Providers: Third-party technology providers who assist in hosting or maintaining the AISECT application infrastructure, under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. This includes encryption of sensitive data during transmission and secure storage of KYC documents. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorised personnel of AISECT Limited.

6. Data Retention

We retain your agent profile and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a subsequent period as required by Indian financial regulations and tax laws (typically 5–8 years).

7. Your Rights

As an agent, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. You may request corrections to inaccurate data. Requests for deletion of data will be processed subject to mandatory legal retention requirements.
