Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the AISECT application and the FASTag activation, replacement, and recharge services provided by AISECT Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully before using the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AISECT application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

Access to the AISECT application is restricted to authorised agents of AISECT Limited. To use this application, you must:

  • be at least 18 years of age;
  • have a valid contract/agreement with AISECT Limited;
  • complete all required KYC verification processes; and
  • operate within the authorised territory (for example, designated Toll Plazas).

3. Agent Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Accuracy: You shall provide accurate details of the end customer (Vehicle Owner) while issuing FASTags. Misrepresentation of vehicle class or owner details is strictly prohibited.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and MPIN. You are liable for all transactions that occur under your account.
  • Service Delivery: You must provide FASTag activation, replacement, and top-up services to customers promptly and courteously at the Toll Plaza.
  • KYC Compliance: You must collect and upload clear, legible copies of customer documents as per regulatory guidelines.

4. Wallet and Payment Terms

4.1 Wallet Loading

Agents must maintain a prepaid balance in the AISECT wallet to perform transactions. You can load money into your agent wallet via UPI, Net Banking, or other available payment modes. This balance acts as a working capital limit.

4.2 Usage of Balance

The wallet balance is to be used strictly for:

  • paying the issuance fee for new FASTag activations;
  • processing top-ups for customer wallets (where you collect cash/payment from the customer); and
  • paying for replacement tag fees.

4.3 No Interest

No interest constitutes or accrues on the balance maintained in your agent wallet.

5. Prohibited Activities

Agents are strictly prohibited from:

  • overcharging customers beyond the prescribed rates set by AISECT Limited and our banking and payment partners;
  • using the application for any illegal purpose or money laundering;
  • sharing agent access with unauthorised individuals; and
  • manipulating the application software or reverse engineering the code.

6. Suspension & Termination

AISECT Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your agent account immediately if:

  • you breach these Terms and Conditions;
  • fraudulent activity is detected on your account;
  • you fail to provide required KYC documents; or
  • you remain inactive for a continuous period of 6 months.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Limitation of Liability: AISECT Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from network failures, application downtime, or third-party (issuing bank or payment partner) system outages.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold AISECT Limited harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your misuse of the application, violation of laws, or negligence in verifying customer data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, where AISECT Limited is registered.
