Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel a programme, course, subscription, or other paid service offered by AISECT Limited, and the consequences of such cancellation. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
You may request to cancel a purchase or enrolment by contacting us at hello@aisect.org with your order or registration details. The effect of a cancellation on any fees paid is governed by our Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation Window
Where a cancellation window applies, you may cancel within {TODO: specify window, e.g. 7 days} of purchase for a refund as set out in the Refund Policy, provided the service has not been substantially consumed. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a programme or service, for example due to insufficient enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or operational reasons. In such cases, we will notify affected users and offer a rescheduled option or a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
5. How Cancellation Affects Access
Upon cancellation, your access to the relevant paid Content or service may be discontinued. Certificates or benefits already earned may be subject to separate terms.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
