Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

2. Jurisdiction

3. Amicable Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceedings, the parties shall use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussions. You agree to first contact us so that we may attempt to resolve your concern informally.

4. Arbitration

Where the parties are unable to resolve a dispute amicably, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
