This page sets out the governing law and dispute-resolution framework that applies to your use of the website and Services operated by AISECT Limited.
1. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
2. Jurisdiction
Subject to the dispute-resolution provisions below, the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services. {TODO: confirm the exact seat/venue with legal counsel.}
3. Amicable Resolution
Before initiating any formal proceedings, the parties shall use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussions. You agree to first contact us so that we may attempt to resolve your concern informally.
4. Arbitration
Where the parties are unable to resolve a dispute amicably, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, the language of the arbitration shall be English, and the arbitral tribunal shall consist of {TODO: specify number of arbitrators and appointment mechanism}.
