This page explains, for transparency, how payments are collected and processed when you purchase a paid programme or service from AISECT Limited. It is intended to help you understand the steps and safeguards involved.
1. Overview
Payments for paid Services are collected online through one or more third-party payment service providers (the "Payment Gateway"). 2. Step-by-Step Payment Flow
- Selection: You choose a programme, course, or service and proceed to checkout.
- Order summary: The applicable fee, taxes (such as GST, where applicable), and total payable amount are displayed for your review before payment.
- Redirection: You are securely redirected to, or presented with, the Payment Gateway interface to enter your payment details.
- Authentication: The transaction is authenticated by your bank or payment provider (for example, via OTP or other secure methods).
- Confirmation: On successful payment, you receive an on-screen confirmation and, where applicable, an email receipt; access to the purchased Service is then enabled.
- Failure handling: If a payment fails, you may retry. If an amount is debited without successful confirmation, it is typically auto-reversed by the Payment Gateway, or you may contact us for assistance.
3. Accepted Payment Methods

4. Pricing, Taxes and Currency
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. You are responsible for any additional charges levied by your bank or card issuer.

Payment transactions are encrypted and processed by the Payment Gateway using industry-standard security measures. We encourage you to review the Payment Gateway's own terms and privacy practices.
6. Receipts and Records
